Emily moved to College Station with her high school sweetheart in 2013. She has been in the beauty industry since 2015. After getting married and having her first child she opened Pick Beauty Co in July of 2020 which started as just a small suite rental. The creative side of the industry is what fuels her passion for hair. Emily thrives off of education & teaching others about all things business and hair. Sharing her knowledge has led her to the decision to expand her salon team.

She loves the hair industry because she loves that it has so many ways for her to be creative and she loves to build people up to feel their best!

Rylee moved to College Station in 2019, where she completed high school and pursued her education in cosmetology. She has been part of the beauty industry since 2023 and continues to grow her passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Rylee enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and adores her dachshund, Ripley. She loves the beauty industry because it allows her to help clients feel confident, valued, and beautiful every day.

Maggie is originally from Magnolia and moved to College Station at 18 to pursue her passion for hairstyling. Maggie loves the hair industry because she’s passionate about creating personalized looks that help her clients feel confident, beautiful, and refreshed.

Korey McCurley

Korey is from the small town of Hamshire, Texas, and now calls College Station home with her sweet corgi, Louie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, hanging out with friends, golfing, and being with family. Korey’s favorite part about being behind the chair is making her clients feel absolutely beautiful and confident.

Austin Pick
CO-OWNER
Austin moved to College Station in 2013 to attend college with his high school sweetheart, Emily. He graduated in 2017 from Texas A&M University. After graduating, Austin started working at Bryan Fire Department and took on all the behind the scenes business roles for Pick Beauty Co in 2020. It quickly became apparent that this business venture would take work from both Austin and Emily.
