Emily moved to College Station with her high school sweetheart in 2013. She has been in the beauty industry since 2015. After getting married and having her first child she opened Pick Beauty Co in July of 2020 which started as just a small suite rental. The creative side of the industry is what fuels her passion for hair. Emily thrives off of education & teaching others about all things business and hair. Sharing her knowledge has led her to the decision to expand her salon team.

Maggie is originally from Magnolia and moved to College Station at 18 to pursue her passion for hairstyling. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and relaxing with her favorite TV shows. Maggie loves the hair industry because she’s passionate about creating personalized looks that help her clients feel confident, beautiful, and refreshed.

Kenedy is originally from Helotes, TX and relocated to Bryan with her fiance. After a career in teaching, she decided to pursue her lifelong passing for hair. She has fallen in love with helping guests feel confident especially through the transformative impact of hair extensions .
When she is not behind the chair, you'll find Kennedy trying new restraints, enjoying country music concerts, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, family, or friends.
She is excited to get to know you, and help you feel confident, beautiful, and the best version of yourself every time you're in her chair.

Avery Roland

Avery is originally from the small town of Collinsville, Texas, but made her way to College Station through her Fiancé, Sawyer. In her free time, you can usually find her with her Basset Hound Boone, outdoors, or at an Archery Tournament supporting her loved ones. She is currently studying at Blinn College with hopes of starting cosmetology school in the Spring. She chose to step into the Beauty Industry to be a part of people's best day!

Jordan is originally from San Angelo, Texas. She moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University. She graduated in 2025 and is Currently attending Cosmetology School at Charles and Sue's. She is in the beauty industry to be surrounded by creativity and help create confidence.

Austin moved to College Station in 2013 to attend college with his high school sweetheart, Emily. He graduated in 2017 from Texas A&M University. After graduating, Austin started working at Bryan Fire Department and took on all the behind the scenes business roles for Pick Beauty Co in 2020. It quickly became apparent that this business venture would take work from both Austin and Emily.
