CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment ignorer to avoid a fee.
50% of service cost will be charged if client notifies less than 24 hours of appointment time.
100% off service cost will be charged if client notifies the day of appointment.
LATE POLICY
In order to respect the time of our stylists as well as the next client, anyone more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be charged 100% of their service cost and will be asked to reschedule.
If a client no shows an appointment, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged & will not be rescheduled until balance is paid.
REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to provide a luxury experience and your dream hair.
If there is a problem with your service reach out to us within 7 days and we will try to correct any problems. All retail and extension purchases are final sale and No refunds will be given.
